SYNOPSIS:  At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 115 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.2 °N, 124.0 °E).

Forecast Weather Conditions:

Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Aurora and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rains and thunderstorms due to LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to occasional heavy rains.

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon and the rest of Visayas will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. [1]
