SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 435 km West Southwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (8.2 °N, 115.1 °E).

Forecast Weather Conditions:

MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, Mindanao, and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rainshowers.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. [1]
