SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 435 km West Southwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (8.2 °N, 115.1 °E).

Forecast Weather Conditions:

Metro Manila,CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Central and Eastern Visayas, Mindanao, and the provinces of Aurora, Nueva Ecija, and Bulacan due to Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rainshowers.

MIMAROPA and Western Visayas will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rainshowers.

The rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms[1]
