SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 965 km East of Southern Luzon (14.7 °N, 133.1 °E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao
Forecast Weather Conditions:
Bicol Region and Samar provinces will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to ITCZ / Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
