SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,035 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (12.6°N, 133.7°E). Northeasterly Surface Windflow affecting Luzon.
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON and Bicol Region Cloudy skies with rainshowers due to Northeasterly Surface Windflow. Possible floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains.
Ilocos Region will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeasterly Surface Windflow. No Significant impact
The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
