SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Conner, Apayao (17.8 °N, 121.2 °E). Meanwhile, another LPA was estimated at 840 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (6.9 °N, 133.8 °E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

MOVEMENT: WESTWARD AT 25 KM/H
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and BARMM will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA / Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.
The rest of Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Southwest Monsoon / Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.
