SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "PEPITO" was estimated based on all available data at 430 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (13.7°N, 128.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 20 km/h. Northeasterly Surface Windflow affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS

Visayas, Mindanao, MIMAROPA, and Bicol Region will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of TD. Possible flash floods or landslides due light to moderate with at times heavy rains.

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers due to Northeasterly Surface Windflow. No Significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowersd due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
