How to send SSS Maternity Notification

There are many ways on how to send your maternity notification to the SSS office. Sending notification is one of the important thing you don't need to missed out because your application may be denied without this. Thanks to SSS because during this pandemic, they allowed beneficiaries in opting to send it online without going outside of the house. (For employed, self-employed, voluntary and separated members.)
Here are the three steps on sending SSS Maternity Notification:
A. Filed over-the-counter
1. Maternity Notification Form
2. SS card or two (2) valid IDs both with signature and at least one (1) with photo.
B. Using SSS Application or thru SSS Website
1. Login your account using SSS mobile app
2. Find + button at the right bottom part.
3. Under Notifications click "maternity".
4. Iput your Expected Date of Delivery then select on whether you want to allocaate a portion of your Maternity Leave Credits.
5. Click "Submit"
Reminder: No documentation needed.
C. Self-Service Information Terminal (SSIT)
1. No documentation needed.
