At 10:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "URDUJA" was estimated based on all available data at In the vicinity of San Jose de Buan, Samar (12.1 °N, 125.1 °E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 110 kph moving West at 13 kph.
- Scattered to widespread rains will continue over Central and Western Visayas, Bicol Region, Southern Quezon, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Mindoro Provinces, Marinduque, Romblon and Cuyo Islands and is expected to prevail over Northern Palawan including Calamian Group of Islands. Residents of these areas must undertake appropriate measures against flooding and landslides and coordinate with their local disaster risk reduction and management offices. Meanwhile, rains over Eastern Visayas is forecast to gradually weaken.
