11 fishermen missing in Camarines Norte - November 10, 2017

PNA | At least 11 fishermen on board three fishing boats are missing on Thursday off the waters of Mercedes town in Camarines Norte, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in Bicol said.

Missing were identified and were all residents of Barangay 4, Mercedes town:

3. Jonathan Arcilla
4. Joseph Ferrer
5. Joey Todenio
6. Leonardo Ballon
7. George Lamadrid
8. Virgilio Borja
9. Roedlio Manzana
10. Erly De Castro
11. Rodolfo Manzaba, Jr.
