ISSUED AT:11:00 AM, 13 December 2017 - TROPICAL DEPRESSION "URDUJA" HAS MAINTAINED ITS STRENGTH AS IT CONTINUES TO MOVE IN A NORTH NORTHWEST DIRECTION.
NO TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING SIGNAL!
At 10:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "URDUJA" was estimated based on all available data at 405 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.9 °N, 129.4 °E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 65 kph moving West at 7 kph.
- Estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to heavy within the 350 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.
- Scattered to widespead rains is expected over Visayas and Bicol Region within 24 hours.
- Fisherfolks and those with small seacrafts are advised not to venture out over the eastern seaboard of Bicol Region, of Eastern Visayas and of Caraga due to moderate to rough seas associated with the approaching Tropical Depression.
- "URDUJA" may intensify into a Tropical Storm within 36 hours.

- 120 Hour(Monday morning):125 km West of Coron, Palawan(11.9°N, 119.1°E)
