PAGASA Rainfall Warning Levels for NCR_PRSD 10:00 AM 22 July 2018.

The Southwest Monsoon(Habagat) will bring monsoon rains over Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, rest of Cagayan Valley, Mindoro provinces, Rizal, Cavite and Batangas. Residents of these areas, especially those living near river channels, in low-lying and in mountainous areas are advised to take appropriate actions against possible flooding and landslide, coordinate with local disaster risk reduction and management offices and continue monitoring for updates.
Weather Situation: Monsoon rains will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to strong winds blowing from southwest will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough while rough to very rough over Zambales and Bataan.

ADVISORY for the following Areas: #Metro Manila, #Laguna, and #Rizal 
Impact: FLOODING in low lying areas.

ALERT for the following Areas: #Batangas and #Cavite 
Impact: FLOODING is THREATENING.

EMERGENCY for the following Areas: #Southern Zambales and #Bataan 
Impact: Serious FLOODING is expected in flood prone areas.
Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains affecting #Tarlac, #Nueva Ecija, #Bulacan, #Pampanga, #Quezon and the rest of #Zambales which may persist within 3 hours.
