Weather Situation:The provinces of Zambales and Bataan will experience monsoon rains due to southwest monsoon (HABAGAT). Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms. Moderate to gale winds coming from southwest will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be moderate to very rough.
