PAGASA Public Weather Forecast Update for "Habagat" and "LPA" as of 4:00 AM 08 September 2018.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 75 km Southeast of Basco, Batanes (19.9N, 122.4E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon. 

WEATHER CONDITION UPDATE:

Ilocos Region, CAR, and Provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Zambales and Bataan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorm  due to LPA.  Possible floodings and landslides due to scattered rains and thunderstorms.

Metro Manila, MIMAROPA and CALABARZON will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorm  due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods and landslides due to severe thunderstorm.

The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm.  Possible flash floods and landslides due to severe thunderstorm.
