PAGASA Public Weather Forecast Update for TYPHOON ROSITA as of 5:00 AM 31 October 2018.

Synopsis:  At 3:00 AM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "ROSITA" was located based on all available data at 205 km West Northwest of Dagupan City, Pangasinan (17.0 N, 118.7 E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 100 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 120 km/h. It is moving almost Stationary. Expected Exit: October 31 afternoon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION

Ilocos region, Cagayan Valley, CAR and Central Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to Trough of STS "ROSITA".  Possible floodings or landslides due to severe thunderstorms

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies to at times cloudy with rainshowers or thunderstorm due to Localized Thunderstorm.  Possible floodings or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.
