PAGASA Public Weather Update for TS {YUTU} (Formerly ROSITA) as of 4:00 PM 31 October 2018.

Synopsis:  At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "YUTU" (Formerly ROSITA) was located based on all available data at 325 km West of Laoag, Ilocos Norte (18.1 N, 117.5 E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving West Northwest at 15 km/h.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION

Ilocos region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, Babuyan group of islands, Zambales will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to Trough of TS "YUTU" (Formerly ROSITA).  Possible floodings or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies to at times cloudy with rainshowers or thunderstorm due to Localized Thunderstorm.  Possible floodings or landslides due to severe thunderstorms
