Synopsis: TYPHOON "ROSITA" HAS WEAKENED AFTER CROSSING THE RUGGED TERRAIN OF NORTHERN LUZON AND IS NOW HEADING TOWARDS THE WEST PHILIPPINE SEA.
- "ROSITA" exited the province of La Union at 2:00 PM today (30 Oct).
- Stormy weather over the areas under TCWS No. 3 & 2. Travel by land is risky over these areas.
- Moderate to heavy rains directly associated with the Typhoon over Northern and Central Luzon. Residents in these areas, especially those living near river channels, in low-lying areas and mountainous areas, are advised to take appropriate actions against possible flooding and landslides, coordinate with the local disaster risk reduction and management offices.
- Storm surge of up to 3 meters is possible over the coastal areas of Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan.
- Fisherfolks and those with small seacrafts are advised not to venture out over the seaboards of areas with TCWS and the eastern and western seaboards of Southern Luzon.
- Possible exit PAR by tomorrow afernoon (31 Oct.).

Location of eye/center: At 4:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "ROSITA" was located based on all available data at 125 km Northwest of Dagupan City, Pangasinan (16.8 °N, 119.5 °E)
Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 125 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 190 km/h
