SYNOPSIS:  TYPHOON "ROSITA" HAS WEAKENED AFTER CROSSING THE RUGGED TERRAIN OF NORTHERN LUZON AND IS NOW HEADING TOWARDS THE WEST PHILIPPINE SEA.
