PAGASA Public Weather Forecast Update for Tropical Depression as of 4:00 AM 18 November 2018.

Synopsis:  Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Meanwhile, at 3:00 AM today, Tropical Depression (outside PAR) was estimated based on all available data at 1,100 km east of Mindanao (06.8 N, 136.2 E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 60 km/h. It is moving west at 25 km/h.

Tropical Cyclone Information: (Tropical Depression Outside PAR)
Expected enter PAR: Today 18 November 2018 (Once enter PAR, it will be named "Samuel".
Expected Landfall: Mindanao on Tuesday.
Affected Areas: East of Visayas and Mindanao

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION



Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No Significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm.  Possible floodings and landslides due to severe thunderstorm.
