PAGASA Public Weather Forecast Update for Tropical Depression "Samuel" as of 4:00 PM 18 November 2018.

Synopsis:  At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression SAMUEL was estimated based on all available data at 875 km Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (06.3 N, 134.0 E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65 km/h. It is moving West Southwest at 25 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

Tropical Cyclone Information: (Tropical Depression Outside PAR)
Expected enter PAR: Today 18 November 2018 (Once enter PAR, it will be named "Samuel".
Expected Landfall: Mindanao on Tuesday.
Affected Areas: East of Visayas and Mindanao

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION



Caraga and Davao Oriental  will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of TD.  Possible floodings and landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible floodings and landslides during severe thunderstorms.
