Synopsis:  rough of Tropical Storm "YUTU" (fomerly Rosita) affecting extreme Northern Luzon.

LOCATION: 615 KM WEST OF BASCO, BATANES �(21.1 N, 116.1 E)
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 75 KM/H
GUSTINESS: UP TO 90 KM/H
MOVEMENT: NORTH AT 10 KM/H

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION

NCR: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area. Light to occasionally strong winds coming from northeast to east will prevail and becoming northwest over Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales and Bataan. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to occasionally rough.

Batanes and Babuyan group of islands will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstor due to Trough of TS "YUTU" (Formerly ROSITA).  Possible floodings or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies to at times cloudy with rainshowers or thunderstorm due to Localized Thunderstorm.  Possible floodings or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.
