SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 370 km South Southeast of Puerto Prinsesa City, Palawan (6.6 N, 119.8 E).

NCR Weather Situation: Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from northeast will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
