Synopsis: Trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas. According to Aldczar Bulquerin (Weather Specialist) LPA is located at distance of 1,032 km East of Mindanao [OUT PAR] - 3PM. LPA is expected to enter PAR today or tomorrow morning. It'll bring rains to the country as it moves near Mindanao-Visayas.
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION
Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and of Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.
