Synopsis: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (Formerly "USMAN") was estimated based on all available data at 60 km East of Romblon, Romblon (12.6 N, 122.8 E). Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting Southern Luzon and Eastern Visayas. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION 

Bicol Region, CALABARZON, Mindoro Provinces, Marinduque, Romblon and Northern Palawan will experience Moderate to heavy rains and thunderstorms due to LPA/ Tail-end of a Cold Front. Possible flooding or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.

Metro Manila, Visayas and rest of Palawan will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to LPA/ Tail-end of a Cold Front.  Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered to widespread heavy rains.

Central Luzon, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley Region will experience Cloudy skies with light to moderate to at times heavy rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  Possible floods and landslides due to continuous moderate with at times heavy rains.

Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods during severe thunderstorms .
