Synopsis: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION

Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Central Luzon will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No Significant impact. 

Metro Manila and rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No Significant impact.

Visayas and Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods vduring severe thunderstorms.
