SYNOPSIS:  At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 430 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (11.0 N, 115.0 E). Tail-end of a cold front affecting Central and Southern Luzon.

NCR Weather: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area. Light to occasionally strong winds coming from northeast to east will prevail and becoming northwest over Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales and Bataan. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to occasionally rough.
