Weather Condition on Northern Luzon: Maulap na kalangitan na may mahinang mga pag-ulan ang mararanasan sa mga lalawigan ng Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya at Aurora sanhi ng Hanging Amihan.
