SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 600 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.0 N, 131.6 E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

Weather Condition (Mindanao): Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA. The eastern sections of Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds coming from the Northeast with moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, light to moderate winds from Northeast will prevail with slight to moderate seas.
