There are 3 levels of verification:

For Basic, your services are limited.

Offline Cash-in
Pay Bills
Buy Load
Gcash Mastercard
AMEX Virtual Pay
Pay QR

To become Partially Verified you will have to fill up a form over at http://fb.com/gcashverify and then you will have access to more services such as Send Money and Cash-Out.

To become Fully Verified you will have to do a video chat with the agent provided to you after becoming Partially Verified. Once you’re fully verified, you will now have access to all our services!
