FOR: NEW TROPICAL DEPRESSION [OUT. PAR]
According to PAGASA weather specialist Ariel Rojas, there is a weak "Amihan" affecting Luzon and Visayas at large. However, aside from that, a new weather system is being monitored by PAGASA. The LPA has developed into a Tropical Depression and is located at distance of 2,580 km east of Mindanao (*3pm). The TD has strength of 55km/hr, gustiness near the center of 65 km/hr moving 30 km/hr west. This weather system is expected to developed up to severe tropical storm or typhoon in the following days. This weather system has less chance to enter PAR and even though there is no Weather Advisory issued, it is safe to say that we still monitor the updates of PAGASA for possible changes in the above-mentioned data.
