FOR: NEW TROPICAL STORM {WUTIP} [OUT. PAR]
According to PAGASA weather specialist Loriedin de la Cruz, Northeasterly Surface Windflow is affecting Luzon and Visayas. However, aside from that, a new weather system is being monitored by PAGASA. TheTropical Storm has intensify and developed into Severe Tropical Storm "WUTIP" and is located at distance of 2,775 km east of Mindanao (*3am). The TS has strength of 80 km/hr near the center. gustiness of up to 130 km/hr moving 30 km/hr northwest. This weather system is expected to developed up to typhoon level in the following days. This weather system has less chance to enter PAR any may re-curved taking the direction of southeast and even though there is no weather advisory issued, it is safe to say that we still monitor the updates of PAGASA for possible changes in the above-mentioned data.
