FOR: NEW TROPICAL STORM {WUTIP} [OUT. PAR]
According to PAGASA weather specialist ALDCAR AURELIO, Northeasterly Surface Windflow is affecting Luzon and Visayas. However, aside from that, a new weather system is being monitored by PAGASA. The Tropical Depression has intensify and developed into a Tropical Storm "WUTIP" and is located at distance of 3,060 km east of Mindanao (*3pm). The TS has strength of 80 km/hr, gustiness near the center of 95 km/hr moving 15 km/hr west northwest. This weather system is expected to developed up to severe tropical storm or typhoon level in the following days. This weather system has less chance to enter PAR and even though there is no Weather Advisory issued, it is safe to say that we still monitor the updates of PAGASA for possible changes in the above-mentioned data.
