STEP 2: Input your PAG-IBIG No./RTN > Click Verify button. Input your Monthly Mandatory Savings (PHP) and select the period covered. Then input the Code > Check "I agree with the Term and Condition" then hit PROCEED.

STEP 3: Check the details before click "SUBMIT" button.

STEP 4: Select your payment method: VISA or MASTERCARD icon.

STEP 5: Input the Debit/Credit Card details. Double check before hitting "Submit" button.
