President Rodrigo Duterte, through Proclamation No. 555, declared Nov. 1, 2019, Friday, a holiday in observance of All Saints’ Day and November 2, a Saturday, is "an additional special (non-working) day." However an update on OCTOBER 30, 2019 through the power of Memorandum Circular No. 69. (Suspension of work in government offices on October 31, 2019 from 12:00 onwards) has been released.
