At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "RAMON" {KALMAEGI} was estimated based on all available data at 440 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (17.0 °N, 126.2 °E), with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It remains almost stationary. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
ACTIVE TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 AM TODAY TYPHOON {FENGSHEN} (1925) LOCATION: 2,150 KM EAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (22.7 °N, 142.6 °E) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 155 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO 190 KM/H MOVEMENT: NORTH AT 20 KM/H
REGIONAL FORECAST: Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Western Visayas and the provinces of Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Samar will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms TS -RAMON-. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Ilocos Region and the rest of Cordillera will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No Significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

TYPHOON INFORMATION:

"RAMON" REMAINS ALMOST STATIONARY OVER THE PHILIPPINE SEA EAST OF NORTHERN LUZON.

Today, light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains may be experienced over the eastern portions of Cagayan and Isabela, Bicol Region, Samar Provinces and Romblon.

Tomorrow, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains may be experienced over the eastern portions of Cagayan and Isabela. Light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains over Apayao, Northern Aurora and the rest of Isabela and Cagayan.
