Issued at 05:00 PM, November 14, 2019 Synposis: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "RAMON" {KALMAEGI} was estimated based on all available data at 390 km East Northeast of Daet, Camarines Norte or 510 km East of Baler, Aurora (15.5 °N, 126.3 °E), with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving North °Northwest at 15 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
ACTIVE TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 PM TODAY SEVERE TROPICAL STORM {FENGSHEN} (1925) LOCATION: 2,800 KM EAST OF CENTRAL LUZON (17.1N, 148.4E) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 95 KPH GUSTINESS: UP TO 115 KPH MOVEMENT: WEST AT 25 KPH
REGIONAL FORECAST: Bicol Region and Polillo Island will experience Rains with Gusty winds due to  TS -RAMON-. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.
Cagayan Valley, CALABARZON, Eastern Visayas, and the provinces of Apayao, Aurora, Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Aklan, Antique, and Capiz will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to TS -RAMON-. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon No Significant impact.
The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Today, light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains will be experienced over Bicol Region, Quezon, and the eastern portions of Isabela and Cagayan.

Tomorrow, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains may be experienced over the eastern portion of Cagayan and Isabela. Light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains over Apayao, Quirino, Northern Aurora and the rest of Cagayan and Isabela.
