Issued at 05:00 AM, November 14, 2019 Synposis: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "RAMON" {KALMAEGI} was estimated based on all available data at 365 km East of Legazpi City, Albay (13.4 °N, 127.1 °E), with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving West Northwest at 10 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
ACTIVE TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 AM TODAY SEVERE TROPICAL STORM {FENGSHEN} (1925) LOCATION: 3,295 KM EAST OF CENTRAL LUZON (16.6N, 152.4E) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 95 KPH GUSTINESS: UP TO 115 KPH MOVEMENT: WEST AT 15 KPH REGIONAL FORECAST: Bicol Region and the provinces of Northern and Eastern Samar Rains with Gusty winds TS -RAMON- Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.
