ACTIVE TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 AM TODAY: TROPICAL STORM {KAMMURI} (1928) LOCATION: 1,950 KM EAST OF VISAYAS (11.8 °N, 143.6 °E) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 85 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO 105 KM/H MOVEMENT: WEST AT 35 KM/H
REGIONAL FORECAST: Visayas, CARAGA, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region and the province of Palawan will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.
Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No Significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No Significant impact.
The rest of Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.

THE TROPICAL STORM WITH INTERNATIONAL NAME "KAMMURI" SLIGHTLY INTENSIFIES WHILE MOVING WESTWARD OVER THE SEA SOUTH OF GUAM.

The center of Tropical Storm "KAMMURI" was estimated based on all available data at 2,165 km East of Visayas (OUTSIDE PAR)(11.4°N,145.3°E)

Expected Enter to PAR: Sunday evening - 01 December 2019: 1,225 km East of Central Luzon (15.5°N, 133.0°E)
