ACTIVE TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 PM TODAY: SEVERE TROPICAL STORM {KAMMURI} (1928) LOCATION: 1,645 KM EAST OF VISAYAS (11.4 °N, 140.8 °E) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 95 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO 115 KM/H MOVEMENT: WEST AT 20 KM/H
REGIONAL FORECAST: Central Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao and Davao Region will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of STS -Kammuri-. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.
Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No Significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No Significant impact.
The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.
