Synposis  Frontal System affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Trough of Low Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Central and Southern Luzon.

ACTIVE TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 PM TODAY
SEVERE TROPICAL STORM {HALONG} (1923)
LOCATION : 3,365 KM EAST OF NORTHERN LUZON (17.6 °N,153.5 °E)
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS : 110 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER
GUSTINESS: UP TO 135 KM/H
MOVEMENT: NORTH AT 10 KM/H

Batanes, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte and Apayao will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Frontal SystemPossible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro, Palawan and the rest of Ilocos Region will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible isolated flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
