Northeast Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. °Easterlies affecting the rest of the country.
REGIONAL FORECAST
Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province and Ifugao will experience Cloudy skies with scattered light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Possible gusty conditions in mountainous and coastal areas.
The provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to Northeast Monsoon / Tail End of a Cold Front. Possible gusty conditions in mountainous and coastal areas. Possible isolated flooding or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Ilocos Region and the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Possible gusty conditions in mountainous and coastal areas.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Possible isolated flooding or landslides during severe thunderstorms..
