LOCATION OF THE CENTER: 1,705 KM EAST OF CENTRAL LUZON (16.6°N, 138.1°E)

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 65 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER

GUSTINESS: UP TO 80 KM/H

MOVEMENT: WESTWARD AT 10 KM/H

Forecast Weather Conditions

Caraga and Davao Region will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains.

Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Batanes, and Cagayan including Babuyan Islands will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeasterly Surface Windflow Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
