Earthquake Drill Conducted Throughout Metro Manila, Useful or just Waste of Time?

As the so called "experts" here in the Philippines stated that many of the places located at Metro Manila or the National Capital Region are located within the West Valley fault, a so called "Metro Manila Shake Drill" was conducted.

The said drill was led by MMDA and started last July 30, 2015. Many participated, from students, employees, and even government officials themselves.

But the question is, is this drill really useful or its just a waste of time, money, and effort? Another big question is, will these people perform exact the same way when the actual 7.2 magnitude earthquake strikes? Well, well, well, ask Madam Auring!

Further explaining my third paragraph, for me this so called Earthquake drill is pathetic. Why? earthquake is not the main catastrophe that always hits the Philippines but the floods created by typhoons. And instead of wasting the government budgets to these so called drill why not using it to make more flyovers to lessen the traffic in Metro Manila, come on MMDA!
