ANNOUNCEMENTS: Effective December 27, 2016. The NBI Clearance Processing will strictly implement the "NO APPOINTMENT NO ENTRY POLICY" for NBI clearance applicants. No appointment will be available on the same day of application. All NBI Clearance applicants are advised to register online and have their appointment date set in advance. Please be guided accordingly. BY: ICTD MANAGEMENT
I have here the frequently ask questions already compiled that aims to help you with some of your primary concerns and questions that you think you are need of assistance.
1. PIN CODE ISSUE
Create lang po tayo ng bagong PINCODE, wala pa pong nakasave dyan. Reminder: Much better to take note of your credentials such as your username, password and pin code for future use especially, when you are going to renew the clearance after a year.
Ex: 123456 or qwerty
2. APPLY BUTTON DI MAKITA.
ANS: It should always be fall under:
-Browser Issue (If you are using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox you should try the Internet Explorer)
-Screen Resolution Compatibility (ex: if you are using tablet and encounter this, try to use your Laptop or PC). You should also change the resolution and set to a higher once.
-Need To Use the Horizontal Scroll Bar.
-Or still need you to update your information.
3. Hindi maka sign up kung may "-" sa FIRST NAME (exp: NUR-IN).
ANS: Intended po ito. Try to use space then sabihin na lang sa appointment date to update the name due to special character limitation upon online application.
4. What is REFERENCE #:
ANS: This is the most important one to have a copy or picture when you are going to pay the Fee and also if you will go to claim the clearance at your appointment or scheduled date.
5. Reference Number at Valid ID.
ANS: The only requirements needed upon getting the Clearance at your appointment date!
6. Most Common Form of Payment: Bayad Center
7. "Either we are updating the website or you have an internet connection problem." This is Server Maintenance. Please Try Again Later. – Be patient and just try it again. If you encounter this, make sure you have a good internet connection or the site is down for further updates.
8. NBI Office is open only on weekdays. No Appointment during Weekends!
9. Pwede magset ng the same day of application at appointment date.
ANS: No appointment will be available on the same day of application.
10. Is it necessary to print the Application Form?
ANS: Not necessary even upon claiming the clearance.

Nag apply na po ako dati ng nbi pero expired na di ko na po alam ang old number

ReplyDeleteIs it okay na magcancel ng transaction? Naka ilang cancel po kasi ako dahil po sa schedule ng appointment at nagpalit po ako kung san ako magbabayad.

What if po hindi po nakapunta sa time and date na binigay? Pwede pa po ba yun?

ReplyDeletePaano po kaya yung case ko may tuldok po kase ako sa apelido ko . Kaso nag apply po ako dto sa branch sa amin ng Nbi di daw po sila naglalagay ng special characters sa apelido e need ko po talaga na same ng nbi ko lahat ng documents ko . Lahat kase ng documents ko may tuldok ako sa apelido bukod tangi pong sa NBI lang wala ..
