Location of eye/center: At 10:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "HENRY" was estimated based on all available data at 415 km West of Calayan, Cagayan (OUTSIDE PAR) (19.3 °N, 117.5 °E)
Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph
Forecast Movement: moving West at 45
Forecast Positions: 24 Hour(Tomorrow morning): 1,215 km West of Calayan, Cagayan(19.4°N, 109.9°E)
48 Hour(Thursday morning):1,760 km West of Calayan, Cagayan(19.5°N, 104.7°E)
Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TCWS) #1 has been lifted over Babuyan Group of Islands and northern portion of Ilocos Norte.
The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) will bring monsoon rains over Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro Provinces, Palawan and Western Visayas, and scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the rest of the country. Residents of these areas, especially those living in low-lying and mountainous areas, are advised to continue monitoring for updates, coordinate with their local disaster risk reduction and management offices, and take appropriate actions against possible flooding and landslides.
Sea travel remains risky over the western seaboard of Southern Luzon.
Meanwhile, at 10:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 915 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.0°N, 130.3°E). This weather disturbance may develop into a Tropical Depression in the next 36 hours.
