SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 130 km Northwest of Basco, Batanes (21.2 °N, 121.0 °E). Meanwhile another Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 815 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (9.2° N, 133.7° E)
