Issued at 05:00 AM, November 25, 2019 Synposis: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
REGIONAL FORECAST: Bicol Region, Aurora and Quezon\ will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to Easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No Significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers duet to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
