REGIONAL FORECAST: Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and Quezon province will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorm due to Tail End of a Cold Front. Possible flash floods or landslides during due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon No Significant impact.
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region and Central Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No Significant impact.
The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
