ACTIVE TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 PM TODAY: TROPICAL STORM {KAMMURI} (1928) LOCATION: 2,335 KM EAST OF VISAYAS (11.3 °N, 147.1 °E) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 65 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO 80 KM/H MOVEMENT: WEST NORTHWEST AT 40 KM/H
REGIONAL FORECAST: Visayas and the provinces of Palawan, Zamboanga del Norte, Surigao, and Dinagat will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.
Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No Significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No Significant impact.
The rest of Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.
